Eric Benda is the Founder and CEO of Soundshore Technology Group, LLC. (STG), an outsourced information technology firm that provides a complete range of technology and consulting services to alternative investment firms. He established the firm in 1998.
Eric graduated from Fordham University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He merged his education with an abounding interest in how information technology can support the objectives of financial institutions and now has over 30-years’ experience in technology. Early in his career, he worked for Thomson Reuters providing support directly on the AMEX and NYSE floors. He continued his work in Systems and Support in San Francisco for Charles Schwab and Levi Strauss & Co. He also worked as the Senior IT Project Manager for Citi Private Banking.
Founding STG provided an opportunity to leverage his experience with his vision for putting emerging technologies to use to support the evolving business and technology needs of 21st century organizations. Today, STG serves scores of clients with, collectively, many billions in AUM. The firm consults on, and implements, all facets of clients’ technology. Its expertise includes rising areas of focus, such as disaster recovery and cyber security. Soundshore Technology Group supports clients in: Fairfield County, Conn., Westchester County and New York City, N.Y., San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas, Tex.
Eric Benda resides in Greenwich, Conn., with his wife and three sons.

Liege Payne (Lee) has more than 20 years’ experience serving financial industries with a specialty in SaaS solutions, including compliance and data storage. In his role at Soundshore, he is responsible for developing key channel partnerships and leading STG's sales and marketing efforts.
Lee has also held senior sales executive positions at three successful startup companies - Yesmail.com (IPO 1999 and purchased by CMGi in 2000), Fortiva (purchased by Proofpoint in June 2008) and CentraScan (purchased by Smarsh in 2008.) Lee is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and lives in Norwalk, Conn. with his wife and three daughters.

Reflecting the STG’s deep commitment to advanced technology, Steve and his team implement all facets of the firm’s technology offerings: hardware and software procurement, systems integration, systems maintenance and support, cyber security, disaster recovery planning, colocation services, remote access, mobile connectivity, internet and telephony, and other competencies.
Before joining STG, Steve was Vice President,Engineering and Technology at FocusVision Worldwide, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado. He is a skilled skier, working musician, songwriter, and audio engineer. He lives in Southport, Conn. with his wife and three children.

Michael Vrissis has been a part of Soundshore Technology Group since 2009. Within that time, he has developed benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the company. He earned his MBA in Finance at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Mr. Vrissis holds affiliations with New York University as a former adjunct professor, the Association for Investment Management. He is a member of the Financial Executive Networking Group. He lives in Stamford, Conn. with his wife and dogs.

Mike Tremarzo has been an eyewitness to and participant in the evolution of information technology systems since 1995. Throughout his career he has risen to team leadership positions. He joined Soundshore Technology Group in 2003 as a system engineer and took on a widening scope of responsibilities as he applied his experience and skills to virtually every piece of the IT infrastructure puzzle. Today, he leads STG service desk operations, including technician training and development of client satisfaction protocols and procedures.
Mike serves as the liaison between the service desk and clients, as well as between clients and management. His efforts are at the heart of service quality and maintenance of STG programs across STG markets nationwide. He resides in Fishkill, New York and is the father of two children.
